This 300 SL Coupé was delivered to Panama City in December 1955. After a time in California, the car returned to Europe or more exactly to Switzerland. Imported to Germany by Kienle Automobiltechnik in 1995 and sold in the customer base. In 1999 we carried out an extensive restoration on behalf of the customer, but the body was not lifted off the frame. In addition, special equipment was installed, such as the chrome-plated Rudge rims, chrome-plated intake manifold, wooden steering wheel, sports exhaust, 2-piece case set and front disc brake system. The data card from Daimler Benz is available to us and illustrates that the color combination has not been changed ex works (painting and interior). The engine is the factory installed unit. The car was rarely driven, however all maintenance work since restoration has been carried out in our workshop. The car will of course be delivered freshly serviced to its new owner.
Rudge wheels including spare wheel in chromed design, sports exhaust, chromed intake manifold, wooden steering wheel, front disc brakes.
1 year Kienle warranty.
