Bizzarini P538

In the 1950s, Giotto Bizzarrini worked as chief engineer at Ferrari and was in charge of projects such as the Ferrari legend 250 GTO. In 1961 he left Ferrari and in 1962 he founded his own company Automobili Bizzarrini S.p.A. in Livorno. In his company Bizzarrini, during his seven-year existence, he exclusively produced super sports cars in three different vehicle types before he went bankrupt in 1969. This P538 is an open two-seater built as a racing car and one of only two vehicles built in the 1970s by Giotto Bizzarrini and Reali in Livorno, Italy, after the bankruptcy of its parent company. The vehicle has been completely restored and is technically and visually in a very good condition.
